On the 19th floor of the A'DAM Tower sits one of Amsterdam's most spectacular restaurants. Led by chef Jaimie van Heije, Moon provides a gastronomic experience with a more than fantastic view of the city.
If you are looking for a unique place for lunch or dinner in Amsterdam, Moon the place to be. Besides the fact that the dishes that leave the kitchen here are star-level, the restaurant rotates clockwise every minute. This gives you an unsurpassed 360-degree view of the city in one hour. The menu, created by Jaimie van Heije, offers modern dishes using carefully selected local and seasonal ingredients. Choose a 5-, 6- or 7-course dinner with an optional wine pairing.
"Moon is a great addition to Amsterdam. Expect high-level food, literally and figuratively, but in a casual setting as people are used to with me. And how cool is it to be able to say that I was the first to cook on the moon?" said van Heije.
